The ball mill is widely applied in mineral classification, cement, fireproof materials, glass, pottery, and chemical industries. Capable of grinding all kinds of rocks and materials, it operates through either dry or wet processes.

This horizontal rotating device is transmitted by an outer gear system. Materials enter the grinding chamber uniformly through the quill shaft. The chamber contains ladder liners, ripple liners, and various steel ball specifications. Centrifugal force from barrel rotation lifts the steel balls to impact and grind materials, which are then discharged through the board to complete the process.

Comprising feeding part, discharging part, turning part, and driving part (including reducer, small driving gear, electric motor, and control), the machine features a cast steel quill shaft and detachable liner. The gearwheel uses casting hobbing, while the drum has wear-resistant lining for durability. Available in both dry and wet variants to accommodate different materials and discharge methods.

Small spare parts are packed in plywood boxes, while larger components use water-resistant packaging materials.
